Away Game Tickets
The Fever does not have away game tickets to make available to the public - all tickets are facilitated through the home team ticket office. Fans wishing to see the Fever on the road should visit www.goifl.com for home team and arena information.
Children who have celebrated their third birthday are required to have a ticket to gain admittance to a Fever game. Children under three years of age are not required to have a ticket provided they sit on the adult's lap. As a courtesy to all fans and to comply with fire regulations, children should not sit in the aisles or walkways. There are discounted tickets available for children ages 3 -17.
There are disabled seats (wheelchair accessible) located in section “R” of the Toyota Center. Disabled seating and access are fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Disabled seating and wheelchair locations are available on both a season and single game basis. Game Exchange Program
If you are a season ticket holder, you have exclusive rights to our 'Game Exchange' Program: If you are unable to attend an upcoming game you may call our Ticket Department (509-222-2215) prior to the game you'd like to release, then you'll receive the same number of comparable tickets to any remaining 2016 regular season home games (excludes playoffs).
Lost or Stolen Tickets
If your season tickets are lost, stolen or destroyed, call the Fever Ticket Office at (509) 222-2215 prior to the game date to make arrangements for alternative admission. Those attempting to use stolen or fraudulent tickets will be removed from the game and referred to the Kennewick Police Department.
Payment for Tickets
Payment for Fever season, group, single game and playoff tickets may be made by MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, cashier's check, money order, personal check or cash. Please make all checks payable to the Tri-Cities Fever. Bank items returned for any reason are subjected to a $20 service fee.
Season Ticket holders will have the first right of refusal in purchasing their current seat locations for playoff games for a duration of two days, after which all seats will be available to the general public for a playoff game hosted by the Tri-Cities Fever.
Your ticket is a revocable license and may be withdrawn anytime at the sole discretion of the Tri-Cities Fever. All tickets are subject to the rules, regulations and policies of the Tri-Cities Fever and the Indoor Football League. Your tickets may be revoked for reasons including, but not limited to the following: failure to meet payment deadlines, misrepresentation of tickets and violating the Toyota Center Code of Conduct including drunk or disorderly conduct, harassment of other guests and obscene behavior.
Seat Improvements & Additional Seat Requests
If you are interested in adding seats, moving to a new location, or upgrading at the end of the season, please contact the Tri-Cities Fever Ticket Office at (509) 222-2215. Upgrades for the following season begin on August 3rd for the 2016 season.
Game Day & Toyota Center Policies
Cameras & Camcorders
All traditional Cameras and Camcorders are not allowed at Tri-Cities Fever games. Personal Cell Phones are allowed for photos and video for personal use only. Any non-personal or professional use of images and videos obtained at the game may not be used without the express written consent of the Tri-Cities Fever and the Indoor Football League.
The Tri-Cities Fever allows and sells Cowbells and Vuvuzelas and they will be allowed at the Toyota Center for the 2016 season. Noise-makers (such as compressed or diaphragm air horns, whistles,etc) however will NOT be allowed at the Toyota Center. The Fever also reserves the right to remove a noisemaker of any kind if it is interfering with another fan's enjoyment of the game.
Objects on the Field
If fans throw objects on the field during a game it can result in the Fever being penalized on the field of play and will result in removal of the individual from the game as a violation of the disorderly conduct clause.
